The 2012 Conclave will be hosted by Talidandaganu' Lodge at the Skymont Scout Reservation. For the first time in a few years there will be a Conclave theme. This year in honor of the Mayan calendar's "ending of the world" the Council of Chiefs elected "It's the end of the world" theme for Conclave. Rumor has it that this might be the last Conclave ever because of this!

Conclave this year is April 20th through the 22nd. There will be a lot of theme oriented activities this year that will sure to be fun. If you want to find out more about what you can do click on activities under Conclave 2012 to see what they have to offer. It's going to be great!

The section leadership has been working diligently the entire year to prepare for this year's Conclave, along with the service lodge, Talidandaganu'. This page has information regarding this years Conclave including how to register online and directions.

Bring your own tent!
Be sure to pack a tent! This is a "BYOT" event. Don't forget a chair to sit in either for training classes.

Medical Forms
All participants will need to submit a copy of their Medical Form with Part A (General Information, Health History, and Medications) and Part B (Informed Consent, Hold Harmless/Release Agreement, Talent Release Agreement, Adult Authorization, etc.). Click here to get the form.

Trading Post Items
Orders can now be filled at Conclave. No more pre-orders will be accepted.

Section SR6 University
When registering online, Arrowmen will be asked to select a training college that they want to attend. After the success of this program for the last two years, the training committee decided to again have this training process. You will register for classes when you sign up for Conclave. Arrowmen are highly encouraged to pre-register. Bring your own chair for training classes.
